Stefano Conia is a contemporary violin maker who studied at the Cremona School with Sgarabotto, Morassi and Bissolotti and later became a teacher there himself. He is based in Cremona and has won various violin making awards. The violin is a perfect copy of Stradivari’s work that the luthier master made for the Medici Family and today it is exhibited in a museum in Madrid.
